Global inspiration meets local tradition in Kviteseid. I have for many years had a dream of starting a cafe in Kviteseid, a place with impulses from around the world - where the food is healthy, tasty, creative and varied. I wish that people of all ages can find something they like, and I dream of that everyone can find their place in a pleasant, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Health and environment should be below that strong forces in anything done, but the high quality and good taste should be able to speak for themselves.
